You will oversee staff and vendors, ensure timely service, quality curb appeal, and high resident satisfaction, while partnering with the Community Manager to manage daily activities and safety protocols.

The role requires hands-on expertise in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry, with a focus on safety and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance requests and inspect property daily.
• Oversee staff and vendors to ensure quality upkeep.
• Maintain safety and compliance with OSHA and policies.
