Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• HVAC certifications (CPO) are highly desired.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• On-call and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and respond to resident work orders.
• Oversee maintenance staff and vendors to ensure quality repairs.
• Ensure timely repairs, curb appeal, and safety compliance.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines across the property.
• Manage inventory and preventative maintenance programs.
