Job summary

Avanath seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee upkeep, move-in readiness, and responsive service across our multifamily communities. You will supervise staff and vendors, partner with the Community Manager to plan work, and ensure timely service, quality curb appeal, and a positive resident experience across properties.

This role requires hands-on expertise in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry, plus strong organizational and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high degree of professionalism and positive engagement for residents and the workforce.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents and others with respect and resolving maintenance requests with urgency.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Develops standards for cleanliness and overall appearance of the community to reflect Avanath standards.
• Plan for and utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies economically.
