Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff supervision. You will coordinate staff and vendors to ensure timely repairs, safety compliance, and high-quality make-readies for units.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community and staff.
• Regular on-site attendance required; coordinate and respond to work orders.
• Manage maintenance supplies and inventory within budget.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Provide safety training and enforce OSHA guidelines.
• Oversee inspections and ensure high-quality make-ready of units.
