Job summary

DAS MEN Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Tucson to lead and perform hands-on maintenance for market-ready apartments and community areas. You will guide a team, schedule tasks, and ensure timely repairs while maintaining high-quality standards.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory exposure, valid driver's license, EPA/CFC certification, and ability to lift heavy loads. On-site work with potential overtime determined by the schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hands-on maintenance of market-ready apartments and common areas.
• Lead and train maintenance staff; coordinate with Property Manager on hiring and reviews.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain maintenance log.
• Respond to resident service requests within 24 hours; provide on-call emergency service as needed.
• Monitor and maintain building systems (water heaters, HVAC, electrical components).
• Ensure safety practices and compliance with Fair Housing laws.
