Job summary

LR Management Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to partner with the Property Manager, overseeing safety, maintenance, and equipment across the property. You will coordinate projects, manage inventory, and lead capital initiatives to maintain high standards of living for residents.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a multi-family setting, HVAC and EPA certifications, Yardi and MS Office experience, and strong budgeting and leadership skills to guide a team and ensure timely project

Qualifications

• Three years minimum experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Technician in a multi-family apartment setting or equivalent industry.
• HVAC and EPA Certification required.
• Experience with Yardi and MS Office.
• Budgeting and scheduling experience for maintenance projects.
• Knowledge of property management at leasing/admin levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager to ensure safety, maintenance, and equipment needs of the property.
• Order supplies and manage inventory.
• Schedule projects in vacant apartments to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee large capital projects: bid, supervise contractors, review work.
• Communicate with vendors and staff to resolve issues.
