Job summary

MGC Leasing & Property Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, ensure quality workmanship, and keep work orders on schedule. This hands-on leadership role collaborates with property managers, technicians, vendors, and the team to deliver well-maintained communities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in multi-family maintenance, HVAC/EPA certification, and strong organizational skills, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance or related field.
• HVAC or EPA certification is preferred.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel and coordinating work orders, vendors, and projects.
• Ability to read scopes of work, evaluate bids, and manage project schedules.
• Strong organization and communication skills; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance work orders from assignment to completion, ensuring timely and documented execution.
• Review completed work and perform quality-control inspections to meet standards.
• Coordinate vendors, materials, schedules, and team members for projects from planning to completion.
• Direct day-to-day maintenance tasks across properties and prioritize based on urgency and resources.
