RADCO Investments, L.L.C. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for a premier multifamily property in Austell, GA. The role leads a maintenance team, implements preventive maintenance, and ensures rapid response to service requests to maintain high resident satisfaction.

Requirements include 3–5 years in multifamily maintenance, HVAC/EPA Type I/II or Universal, and strong leadership. A CPO is preferred. The company emphasizes career growth, comprehensive benefits, and a team-first culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of multi-family maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal required.
• CPO certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Federal, State and Local Fair Housing laws, OSHA and EPA regulations.

Responsabilités

• Build and/or maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Recruit, hire, and train maintenance team members.
• Assist in creating community budget to forecast and maintain operational standards.
• Ensure maintenance supplies and materials are stocked and order as needed.
• Complete all service requests within 24 hours.
