Job summary

Fogelman is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Arcadia Cartersville in Northwest Atlanta. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory maintenance in multifamily communities and can lead a team while performing hands-on upkeep, with strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.

Proficiency with property software such as Yardi and HappyCo is a plus; HVAC and CPO certifications are required. A valid driver’s license is also required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory maintenance experience in multifamily properties.
• HVAC certification required (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) may be required.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair.
• Proficient in computers; knowledge of Yardi, Entrata and HappyCo preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; automobile insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of maintenance team and scheduling with vendors.
• Handle service requests and make-readies; inspect work for quality.
• Order equipment and supplies within budget; maintain logs.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage turn processes.
• Participate in on-call rotations and emergency responses as needed.
