Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team at an Atlanta community. You’ll manage service requests, schedules, and a preventative maintenance program while ensuring safety and high resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in maintenance supervision, EPA Type II certification, and a driver’s license. Live within 30 miles of the property; experience with multifamily communities is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in multifamily.
• EPA Type II certification required; CPO preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the property and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to supervise vendors/contractors and manage maintenance turns.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and coordinate internal and external maintenance work.
• Manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and safety programs.
• Inspect grounds and facilities to maintain curb appeal and reduce liability.
• Prepare units for marketing and oversee turn-related cleaning/restoration.
• Direct maintenance scheduling, vendor bids, and budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with local/state codes and OSHA safety standards.
