You will manage work orders via mobile apps, monitor budgets, and support safe, efficient community operations. This role requires 2+ years in a multifamily supervisory capacity and EPA/CPO certifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a multifamily maintenance supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge across HVAC, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exteriors, and appliances.
• EPA and CPO certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more.
• Maintain grounds, safety, and vendor relationships while keeping budgets in check.
