Elmington Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain multi-family properties by responding to service requests and completing repairs promptly, with a strong background in plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
The role requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience and EPA Section 608 certification (HVAC) or HVAC certification; OSHA10/30 and CPO certifications are a plus. Occasional travel up to 10% may be involved.
