Elmington Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Asher at Sugarloaf property at 4975 Sugarloaf Parkway. The role requires overseeing the maintenance workflow, diagnosing issues, and performing service requests with strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
Minimum 2 years in property maintenance and EPA HVAC certifications are required. Candidates with OSHA 10/30, CPO, plumbing or electrical licenses are preferred.

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the entire maintenance process for the property by ordering supplies, diagnosing maintenance problems, and performing service requests while having a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry.
