Job summary

Campbell Chain, part of The Hillman Group, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations and manage a team of technicians in York, PA. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and uptime, partnering with production to maximize efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership, strong mechanical troubleshooting, and a commitment to safety, with experience in preventive and predictive maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, operations, or a related field is preferred.
6+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or related experience.
Prior leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead daily maintenance activities and supervise technicians.
Prioritize maintenance work based on safety, production impact, and equipment criticality.
Provide coaching, training, feedback, and performance management for maintenance technicians.
Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards.
Coordinate equipment breakdown response and preventive maintenance tasks; support predictive maintenance initiatives.
Partner with operations to identify and resolve recurring equipment issues.
Monitor maintenance backlog, downtime, and work order completion; ensure CMMS data integrity.
