Job summary

Campbell Chain, part of The Hillman Group, is seeking a manufacturing operator to join our York, PA facility. You will train on first shift (6:00 AM–4:00 PM) for several months, operate equipment, monitor processes, and perform inspections to ensure safety and quality.

With a High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related manufacturing experience, you will read work instructions, set up and adjust equipment, and record production data.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing/industrial experience.
• Experience operating production equipment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to adjust equipment.
• Experience using measuring and inspection tools.
• Ability to read work instructions and product specs.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment used in forming, machining, threading, welding, heat treating, and finishing chain products.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Conduct inspections using gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot routine equipment and production issues.
• Record production, downtime, and scrap information.
• Maintain material identification and traceability.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
