Job summary

Campbell Chain, part of The Hillman Group, is seeking a Manufacturing Production Technician II for the 3rd shift in York, PA. The role trains on 1st shift before transitioning to nights, operating equipment to form, machine, thread, weld, and finish chain products while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience; experience with production equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing/industrial/related experience.
• Experience operating production equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment used in forming, machining, threading, welding, heat treating, and finishing chain products.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Conduct inspections using gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot routine equipment and production issues.
• Record production, downtime, and scrap information.
• Maintain material identification and traceability.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
