Campbell Chain, a part of The Hillman Group, seeks a Manufacturing Production Technician II for 1st shift in York, PA. You will operate forming, machining, threading, welding, heat treating, and finishing equipment while monitoring quality and productivity.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in manufacturing; strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential for ensuring safety and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 3 years of manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or related experience.
• Experience operating production equipment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience working with manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to perform equipment setups and adjustments.
• Experience using measuring and inspection tools.
• Ability to identify and resolve routine production issues.
• Ability to read work instructions and product specifications.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment used in forming, machining, threading, welding, heat treating, and finishing chain products.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Conduct inspections using gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot routine equipment and production issues.
• Record production, downtime, and scrap information.
• Maintain material identification and traceability.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
