Qualifications

• Knowledge of general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical, and pool equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality maintenance in a timely manner.
• Conduct periodic preventive maintenance programs.
• Oversee on-site tasks with Maintenance Supervisor and assist in make-readies.
• Complete service requests, make readies, and inspections promptly.
• Follow safety programs and report liabilities or concerns.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Coordinate with Global Service and Support Team to improve operations.
