Qualifications

• Two or more years of maintenance experience in multi-family property management strongly preferred.
• EPA, OSHA, Fair Housing, and pool certification required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and daily transportation for getting supplies.

Responsibilities

• Oversaw entire Maintenance Team and manages work orders.
• Performed all maintenance tasks for units and equipment.
• Monitored inventory and ordered supplies as needed.

Skills

Maintenance experience in multi-family property management

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Education
