Job summary

Hanover Company in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for Hanover Buckhead Village, a luxury property with resort-style amenities and modern residences. You will oversee maintenance operations, perform preventive tasks, and respond to service requests to maintain a safe, clean, and high-quality living environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
• Must own personal set of tools.
• Knowledge of general maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical systems, and pool equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality maintenance in a timely manner and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Complete service requests, make readies, and inspections promptly.
• Follow safety programs and policies.
• Carry and answer communications on assigned device when on-call.
• Oversee basic make-readies and in-house duties on site as needed.
• Report liabilities or issues in property management software.
• Represent property professionally in dress and behavior and respond to inquiries from Global Service and Support Team.
• Review inquiries to improve property operations.
