Job summary

Panasonic Avionics Corporation in Sparks, NV is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a multi-disciplinary maintenance team in a high-volume facility. You will coordinate schedules, assign work, and drive performance to meet quality, schedule, and cost targets while fostering continuous improvement and a safe work environment.

The role requires 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, strong safety focus, and hands-on ability with maintenance and CAD tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience with direct people management.
• Experience reading blueprints and CAD.
• Experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and direct maintenance members to ensure starts and transfers are consistently achieved.
• Coordinate schedules and workflow for the team who repairs and conducts preventative maintenance activities throughout the facility.
• Develop work assignments, assess performance to meet program initiatives such as Quality, Schedule, and Cost.
• Drive continuous improvement and development of technical competencies, talent, and performance.
• Provide a safe work environment and take timely corrective action to correct unsafe conditions.
