Job summary

Autokiniton seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee hourly trades and drive safety, quality and productivity on the shop floor. You will mentor staff, manage preventive maintenance, and lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs and downtime.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in a manufacturing-related field, 6+ years supervising maintenance, and familiarity with TS 16949/ISO 14001. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Science or equivalent in manufacturing/engineering
• 6+ years as maintenance supervisor; 1+ year in management
• Knowledge of TS 16949 and ISO 14001 regulations
• Experience with lean manufacturing and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly skilled trades to meet safety, quality, productivity and delivery goals.
• Provide leadership, coaching and corrective action for direct reports.
• Develop departmental goals aligned with plant business plan and metrics.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and equipment repairs.
• Maintain press utilization, drive shift Manning, and ensure budget adherence.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for new colleagues.
• Prepare accident reports and ensure EHS compliance.
• Maintain housekeeping and enforce company policies.
