Fairmont Management Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a renovated garden-style community in Fullerton, CA. You will oversee work orders, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination to keep the property in top condition and safe for residents.

The ideal candidate brings strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills, plus proven leadership, organization, and communication. A proactive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance supervisor experience preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry skills required.
• Experience managing vendors and maintenance schedules.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and respond to emergencies.
