Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Kendallville, IN is seeking a Maintenance Manager to direct reliability and maintenance across the plant, overseeing budgets, MRO, and capital projects.

You will lead a team, ensure safety and regulatory compliance (USDA, FDA, OSHA, EPA), coordinate downtime with production and engineering, and drive asset availability through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct reliability and maintenance activities to maximize plant operation.
• Lead budget planning and maintenance capital projects.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (USDA, FDA, OSHA, EPA).
• Drive asset reliability and availability via preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Train staff on CMMS and maintenance practices.
• Coordinate downtime with production and engineering.
• Maintain MRO stock and parts availability.
• Lead QRMP implementation and standards.
• Support Six Sigma/Lean improvement projects.
• Manage maintenance staff performance and development.
