Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Massillon, OH is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities across the plant to maximize uptime and reliability. This role will oversee TPM programs, CMMS, and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance, while aligning with safety and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field is strongly preferred.
• 1–5 years of related leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Familiar with maintenance management system operations (CMMS).
• Experience implementing and maintaining TPM Systems is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems (ammonia refrigeration and boiler systems is a plus).
• Understanding of direct and overhead cost systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days, afternoons, midnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance personnel to ensure systems operate at peak capability to meet production schedules and quality targets.
• Improves reliability and maintenance methods to reduce costs and downtime.
• Develops preventative maintenance procedures to extend equipment life.
• Coordinates corrective and preventive maintenance with internal teams.
• Provides maintenance training and supports safety initiatives and ERP/CMMS usage.
• Oversees maintenance budgets and interface with engineering for capital projects.
