Meijer is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and specialists in our Greenville facility. The role focuses on ensuring continuous operations through preventive and corrective maintenance, with strong emphasis on equipment safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, be skilled in interpreting blueprints and schematics, and proficient with industry tools.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience required; 3–5 years preferred.
• Ability to operate powered lift equipment and maintain equipment licenses.
• Ability to read sketches, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is beneficial.
• Proficiency with office tools like timekeeping and communication software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site maintenance team to ensure continuous operations.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coach team members and administer discipline when needed.
• Monitor KPIs and plant performance to improve metrics.
• Manage budget and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory rules.
