Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a community in Colorado Springs. The role involves managing service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination while ensuring safety standards and resident satisfaction.

You will work closely with the Community Manager to supervise staff, manage budgets, and plan resources. Regular on-site attendance, and responsiveness to emergencies are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure safety standards including OSHA compliance and proper safety practices.
• Maintain inventory and implement a preventative maintenance program.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and after-hours support.
