Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Madison, AL to lead the maintenance team, manage units turns, and uphold top‑tier community standards. You will monitor budgets, coordinate vendor work, and drive safety and quality across all properties.

The role requires 3+ years in apartment maintenance or skilled trades, EPA and driver’s license, with CPO preferred. On-site, standard hours with on‑call rotation and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School or GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or skilled trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• EPA certification required; CPO certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance team activities.
• Oversee unit turns and move-in readiness to Hawthorne quality standards.
• Manage capital improvement projects, obtain bids, and oversee execution.
• Ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems function properly through hands-on repairs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance plans for buildings and grounds.
• Participate in on-call emergency rotations and safety compliance.
