Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Cary, NC to lead a maintenance team and ensure all apartment homes are move-in ready. You will oversee daily work orders, coordinate with vendors, and uphold safety and quality standards across the community.

You will manage budgets, scheduling, and preventive maintenance programs, while mentoring technicians and delivering exceptional resident service in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade.
• Prior supervisory or lead technician experience preferred.
• EPA certification is required; CPO certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise daily maintenance team activities.
• Manage budgets and inventory for the community.
• Oversee vendor partners and ensure timely, safe work.
• Manage capital improvement projects and bids.
• Ensure move-in readiness of homes.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Respond to on-call emergencies as scheduled.
• Uphold safety standards per OSHA and company policies.
