Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, manage inventory, monitor budget, and coach a team to ensure apartments are ready for new residents. You will enforce safety standards, coordinate repairs, and drive Make Ready and preventative maintenance programs across communities.

This role requires at least 3 years in apartment maintenance with supervisory experience, and licenses such as a valid driver's license and EPA

Qualifikationen

• High School or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License, EPA certification; CPO certification preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and make-ready scheduling.

Aufgaben

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily maintenance team to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Oversee make-ready units to ensure move-in readiness and Hawthorne quality standards.
• Manage capital improvement projects, including bids, scheduling, and project execution.
• Maintain quarterly preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
• Ensure safety guidelines per OSHA and company policy.
