Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality work across our apartment communities. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety, and adherence to company standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in maintenance or a related trade, with supervisory experience preferred, and holds a valid driver’s license and EPA certification.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical. Prior supervisory or lead technician experience strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License
• EPA certification
• CPO Certification* highly preferred
• In some states this may be required

Responsabilités

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily work of the maintenance team, ensuring high performance and accountability.

• Supervise vendor partners, ensuring work is completed timely, safely, and to company standards.
• Manage capital improvement projects, including obtaining bids, scheduling, and overseeing successful project execution.
