TRG Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Lake View area. This role leads the maintenance team, coordinates preventive maintenance, manages vendor relationships, and ensures timely completion of service requests while delivering exceptional resident service.

Strong leadership and technical proficiency across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school certification preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in apartment maintenance with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, schedule, and mentor maintenance technicians and grounds personnel.
• Oversee completion of resident service requests with quality workmanship.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems.
