Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance across our properties, ensuring safety, efficiency, and resident satisfaction. You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate preventive programs, manage vendors, and ensure timely completion of service requests with a focus on quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of supervisory apartment maintenance experience, strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills, plus OSHA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade/technical certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities across building systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, schedule, and mentor maintenance staff.
• Oversee resident service request completion with quality workmanship.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Perform and supervise repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Inspect property and vacant units to identify maintenance needs and ensure turnover readiness.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors; manage budgets and inventory.
• Maintain maintenance records and safety compliance; participate in on-call schedule.
• Assist with capital improvements and property renovations.
