Job summary

Westland Real Estate Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our Hacienda Hills community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. This role involves handling a wide range of repairs and routine upkeep, with on-call responsibilities on rotating shifts.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of hands-on residential maintenance, basic plumbing/electrical/carpentry knowledge, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 75+ pounds.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a residential or similar setting.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Repairs & Maintenance: Perform a wide range of hands-on maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to resolve resident work orders and keep the property in excellent condition.
• Unit turnover (“Make-Ready”): Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents by completing all necessary repairs, painting, and fixture installations to ensure a quality move-in experience.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds to identify and address issues proactively.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to residents, communicating professionally and completing service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
