RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the onsite maintenance team at our multifamily properties in Georgia. You will supervise staff, manage work orders, and ensure safety and high-quality upkeep of buildings and grounds.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervision in apartment maintenance, OSHA/MSDS knowledge, and familiarity with Entrata or Yardi. This full-time role requires weekend availability and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years supervising maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and staff scheduling.
• Handle work orders and resident service requests.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper operation of property systems.
• Inspect work and manage budgets for maintenance needs.
