Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage on-site maintenance operations across our multifamily properties in the Norcross, GA area. You will lead a team, coordinate make-ready tasks, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and overall property condition.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of supervisor experience, familiarity with Entrata/Yardi, and a commitment to cost-conscious, high-quality service. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating a team.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and safety standards.
• Proficiency with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations to meet property standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Direct and evaluate maintenance staff; hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Manage Make Ready process from start to finish per policies and procedures.
• Handle work orders and resident requests; diagnose issues and perform repairs.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors; ensure quality and budget adherence.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies within budget; assist in budgeting.
