Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team across the Denver properties. You will oversee work orders, supervise staff, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company standards.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, scheduling, and coordination with contractors, with a focus on efficiency and resident satisfaction. A technical background and OSHA/MSDS knowledge are valued, with industry certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required, OSHA standards and MSDS knowledge preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in maintenance/ supervisor role; ability to hire, lead, evaluate and manage subordinates.
• Certifications: EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant, Certified Pool/Spa Operator, plus state/local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance team and assists in evaluations; hires, orients and trains new staff.
• Responds to resident service requests, diagnoses issues and makes repairs per safety and policy.
• Inspects work, coordinates with contractors, and ensures materials meet quality standards and budget.
