Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site maintenance for multifamily properties. The role includes leading a maintenance team, handling Make Ready processes, completing service requests, and ensuring safe, clean, and compliant common areas and units.

You will supervise repairs, manage vendor relations, and help control costs while maintaining high resident satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and EPA/Pool certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

Education: HS diploma or GED; OSHA standards knowledge.
1–3 years of apartment maintenance supervision experience.
EPA refrigerant certifications required; pool/spa certs a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise maintenance team; conduct evaluations.
Oversee Make Ready process and resident service requests.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and code compliance across property areas.
Manage inventory, budget input, and coordinate with vendors.
