Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building systems, safety, and daily operations across our properties. You will lead the maintenance team, manage work orders, ensure code compliance, and partner with the Community Manager on budgets and preventive maintenance.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, OSHA/MSDS awareness, EPA licenses, and 1–3 years of supervisory maintenance experience. Strong communication, problem solving, and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; OSHA/MSDS knowledge; Technical degree preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of apartment maintenance or equivalent; supervisory experience.
• Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and performs maintenance on buildings, grounds, and common areas to meet company standards.
• Manages maintenance team, hires and trains new staff, and evaluates performance.
• Reviews work orders, diagnoses issues, and ensures repairs meet safety and code requirements.
