Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the maintenance team to ensure daily maintenance tasks and unit make-ready standards are met.
• Review and track progress of service requests and identify chronic maintenance issues.
• Respond to maintenance-related issues promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as dictated by state guidelines.
• Inspect property grounds daily to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
