Job summary

Qualifications

• Six years as a maintenance supervisor, preferred.
• One year of management experience.
• Knowledge of TS 16949 and ISO 14001 regulations.
• Ability to mentor and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct reports with mentoring, coaching, and corrective action when needed.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity and delivery to satisfy internal and external customers.
• Provide direction to meet department goals and establish key metrics.
• Maintain and repair equipment and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
• Oversee shift staffing and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Coordinate training and new colleague orientation and ensure timely performance reviews.
