Job summary

Kasai North America, Inc. in Madison, MS seeks a production supervisor to oversee production group leaders and technicians, coordinating with supervisors and schedulers to ensure timely work completion.

You will maintain strong employee relations, administer performance evaluations, apply policies fairly, and uphold safety and clean working conditions, while supporting Quality and Environmental Policies. Required are a High School Education or GED and 1–3 years of supervisory experience;

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED required.
• One to three years of supervisor related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Is responsible for the activities of production group leaders and production technicians.
• Coordinates with production supervisor and production schedulers to establish work schedules and follows through to completion.
• Establish and maintain good employee relations and adherence to judicious disciplinary measures when required.
• Responsible for reviewing and/or administering employee performance evaluations and recommendations of wage increases.
• Is responsible for consistent and fair application of company policies and procedures.
• Is responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
• Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
