Position Summary

The Maintenance Leader will oversee all plant maintenance activities to ensure equipment, facilities, and production assets operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Key Requirements

Maintenance Leadership

• Lead and develop a team of 6-7 maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a high-mix, low-volume, engineered-to-order operation preferred.

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

• Develop, manage, and improve preventive maintenance programs.
• Drive equipment reliability, uptime, and operational efficiency.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background.
• Experience with 3-phase power, motors, hydraulics, presses, gears, shears, saws, milling machines, welding, and related manufacturing equipment.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Maintenance Planning & Resource Management

• Prioritize maintenance activities based on production needs.
• Manage schedules, resources, and overtime effectively.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Safety

• Partner closely with Production, Engineering, and Plant Leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe work environment.
