Yugo Eugene Skybox & Courtside is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily property maintenance, safety protocols, and a home-like environment for residents. You will lead a maintenance team, manage work orders, and coordinate with leadership to ensure high standards across buildings and grounds.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance (HVAC/plumbing/electrical) and at least 1 year in supervision. EPA Type II certification is needed, with pool certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• High school or equivalent
• 1+ year supervisory experience in residential properties or related operations
• EPA Type II certification or higher
• Pool maintenance certification preferred by local regulation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with technology and online systems
• Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to train

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily maintenance operations for the property, including building systems, grounds, and resident spaces
• Lead and support maintenance team to ensure timely, high-quality completion of work orders and preventative maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections of apartments, common areas, equipment, and grounds for safety and standards
• Coordinate maintenance activities and communicate project updates with property leadership
• Oversee maintenance of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and structural systems
• Address resident service requests promptly to support a positive experience
• Manage vendor relationships, contracted services, supplies, and inventory
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, monitor productivity and costs
• Respond to emergencies and participate in after-hours support as needed
• Maintain tools and equipment per safety standards and OSHA guidelines
• Lead safety programs, training, and MSDS records
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with policies and local, state, federal laws
• Support curb appeal and clean, safe community spaces
• Perform physical tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds in varying conditions
• Assist with additional maintenance and improvement projects as needed
