Qualifications

• Flexibility to work weekends and respond to emergencies/on-call.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property to meet unit turn standards and keep grounds and common areas clean.
• Direct maintenance staff to ensure resident service quality.
• Schedule and execute all service requests for timely completion.
• Inspect mechanical systems and address safety issues promptly.
• Collaborate on budgeting with the Community Manager for maintenance costs.
