Related Affordable Housing in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. You will lead maintenance staff, ensure unit turns and service requests meet standards, and coordinate on-site safety and repairs.

The role involves scheduling, inspections with agency partners, and budgeting collaboration with the Community Manager, with broad benefits and opportunities for growth in affordable housing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in general maintenance.
• Schedule flexibility including weekends and on-call emergencies.
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Real Page One Site or similar property management software preferred.
• Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical/appliance repairs.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Affordable housing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in a related trade preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property to meet unit turn and service standards and keep grounds and common areas in good condition.
• Direct property maintenance staff to deliver resident service while performing duties.
• Schedule and complete all service requests in a timely manner.
• Inspect with agency partners and address violations as needed.
• Complete vacant unit turns to established standards.
• Oversee upkeep of building common areas, grounds and systems.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance for the property.
• Inspect mechanical systems and address safety issues promptly.
• Manage emergency on-call scheduling with the Community Manager.
• Rotate on-call responsibilities for emergency repairs.
• Assist budgeting with the Community Manager on maintenance expenses.
