Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to manage and execute service requests across a large residential community. Duties include diagnosing issues, making repairs, and coordinating vendors to ensure safety and quality.

The role requires experience in property maintenance, strong customer service, and the ability to work a schedule including on-call periods. EPA HVAC certifications and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to represent company management and interact with residents.

Responsibilities

• Handle work orders from residents and perform routine maintenance.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Maintain grounds, exteriors, and common areas to meet Greystar standards.
• Inspect work done by staff and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Assist in budget development for repairs and capital projects.
