Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or related field or 5–10 years of experience.
• Strong leadership skills to coach and develop technician skill sets.
• Experience in a CMMS-driven maintenance organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of the maintenance schedule and ensure compliance.
• Lead daily maintenance meetings and shift handovers.
• Monitor work order progress and remove barriers to completion.
