Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, with leadership responsibilities in a production setting.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office suite is expected; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance staff to ensure preventive maintenance and uptime.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and optimize costs while meeting safety standards.
• Maintain and improve plant equipment reliability and document SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety, and corporate standards.
• Prepare reports on environmental and safety compliance and equipment performance.
• Evaluate process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
