Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Austin is seeking a skilled maintenance supervisor to lead daily upkeep of Brightleaf at Lakeline, ensure compliance with policies and state/federal regulations, and manage the property budget.

You will supervise the maintenance team, coordinate service requests, perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and common areas, and mentor staff while maintaining safety and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure unit turnover quality.
• Coordinate service requests and respond promptly to issues.
• Maintain safety, compliance with policies and budget.
• Lead maintenance team and mentor staff.
• Walk property weekly with leadership to address challenges.
• Manage emergencies and after-hours on-call rotations.
